Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene liners are intact and original tags are still attached to the garments.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our NY warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
